Q: What is the size of the company?
A: Production halls cover 20,000 m². The company employs around 160 people.
Q: What is your maximum monthly/weekly production capacity?
A: For upholstered beds, depending on the complexity of the model, between 2,400 and 2,800 beds per month. For case furniture, 500 packages per day. For sofas 500 per month.
Q: Do you have CNC machines, presses, paint shops, and assembly lines?
A: All the machines we have are CNC centers.
Q: Do you have the ability to produce prototypes or short production series?
A: We create prototypes for client orders and new collections, both for ourselves and for clients. Prototypes are approved before production starts. We can produce small runs starting from 20 pieces per model.
Q: How many projects are you able to carry out simultaneously?
A: Up to 5 projects at the same time.
Q: Are you able to increase production capacity if necessary?
A: We have significant reserve capacity for case furniture. For beds, we can increase capacity by 20–30%.
Q: Are you open to working with customer-supplied materials?
A: Yes.
Q: What does your quality control process look like at different production stages?
A: Both departments have dedicated quality controllers.
Q: Do you have any quality certifications, e.g., ISO, material quality certificates?
A: FSC, EN 747.
Q: What are your payment terms, discounts, and invoicing schedules?
A: For new clients, payment in cash for the first 2–3 months or a few invoices. Discounts are available for reasonable order quantities. Payment terms range from 7 to 14 days; 30–45 day terms are only possible with insurance.
Q: What are the standard lead times for orders?
A: Case furniture: in stock, 24 hrs. Upholstered: 2–3 weeks. Some models: 24 hrs for select clients.
